The Group’s sales network in Vietnam consists of dealers, service providers and retail parts outlets. The Group benefits from an extensive dealership network of over 230 authorised SYM stores throughout Vietnam both in rural and urban areas, enabling the Group’s motorbikes to be marketed throughout Vietnam. The Group sells motorbikes and parts to the dealers, dealers usually own more than one authorized SYM stores that resell the SYM and SANDA motorbikes to the consumers and to sell parts for the repair services provided.

The Group’s dealers include exclusive dealers, which enter into dealer agreements with the Group, and a small number of non-exclusive dealers, which purchase motorbikes and parts for the Group using sales and purchase agreements. At present, the Group has approximately 159 exclusive dealers which own over 230 authorized SYM stores (84 in the North and 76 in the South). The service provider of the Group purchases parts from the Group for resell or for the repair centers in the SYM stores. The retail parts outlets to which the Group sells spare parts supply individual garages and individual consumers. The Group exports various SYM motorbike models and spare parts and currently sells its products to dealers in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore in a numbers of countries in Europe.
