Ms. YEH Huei Fen

Chairperson

Ms. Yeh Huei Fen was appointed as an executive director and the chairperson in February 2026. Ms. Yeh has previously held various positions in departments related to accounting, information technology and audit at Sanyang Motor Co., Ltd., and served in an audit management role from October 2003 to February 2026. Ms. Yeh has over 30 years of experience in corporate internal audit and related management work.

Ms. WU Jui Chiao

Executive Director

Ms. WU Jui Chiao was appointed as an executive director in November 2023, she is also the chief executive officer of the Company and the general manager of VMEP. Ms. Wu is primarily responsible for handling the operation of the corporate and formulating business strategies of the Group. Ms. Wu has over 10 years of experience in administration and management.

Mr. LIN Chun Yu

Executive Director

Mr. LIN Chun Yu was appointed as an executive director in April 2016, he is also the chief financial officer of the Company and the head of the finance department of various major subsidiaries of the Group, including VMEP and VCFP and the assistant vice president in the real estate development department of VMEP.  Mr. Lin had worked as an audit senior associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan. Mr. Lin was the finance manager of Sanyang Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sanyang Motor Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2015. Mr. Lin has over 20 years of experience in the audit and finance field.
